At the time of their enrollment, about 60% of Global Village students are beginner level students. There are ten levels, so you can start from the level that best suits your ability.

If you need to cancel a group lesson spontaneously, you may schedule a video recording of the lesson to catch up. If you need to cancel a private lesson, depending on your plan, you may be able to reschedule if you call at least one day prior to your appointed lesson date before 6 pm. Cancellations for private lessons are limited; however, there is no limit on using group lessons as make-up classes. We ensure that you will not waste your money, even if you have to cancel a lesson unexpectedly.

You certainly know that learning a language takes time; hence we recommend that you review class content at home and work on assigned homework. The added effort will only strengthen your language skills. In class, we will spend a lot of time boosting your conversational skills in several ways, but we ask for your collaboration to expand on the skills taught in class.

Sure, we have a free consultation system in place to advise you on all possible issues, before and after enrollment. Both the consultant and the instructor will answer your questions, assist you and motivate you to get the most out of your classes. Please talk to your consultant at any time, even for minor things.

While group lessons follow a fixed schedule plan, ticket lessons (a type of private lesson) are best suited for fast progress. You may choose between 8, 24, 48 or 96 lessons. As long as you remain within the expiration deadline, any frequency and any time during business hours is possible. Feel free to design your own lesson schedule.

The “textbook- student” phenomenon is a scenario too familiar to us. Balance is important as you develop your language skills. When you obtain conversation skills, of course your grammar and vocabulary knowledge will expand as well. In our classes you will not only practice dialogues, but also role plays; they will help you to apply what you’ve learned in class and give you the necessary skills to handle even unexpected situations. Your confidence and language skills will definitely improve as a result.
